Our daughter was buying her first car and DePaula had the 'one' that she wanted. We looked all over the capital region but kept going back to this one particular car-no other dealership had one like it. DePaula worked with us to come to an agreeable price. The sales people were always courteous and professional. From start to finish, things went very smoothly and it was a pleasant experience.

Had a great experience buying our new car here. We loved working with salesman Glenn Cummings, a true professional who took time to listen and never pressured us. We got the car we wanted for a fair price. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Sales person Mike Darling was friendly, patient, honest and able to answer all my questions.  Paying for my (and my wife's) lunch was also a nice touch.  I bought a Fusion and am very happy with the purchase.  If their mechanical service department is as competent, my next car will likely be bought at this dealer too.

Not upfront on repair costs, even when covered by warranty.  Hourly repair rate is $135; Orange Ford was $120.  Truck repair personnel didn't know anything about 60k service and tried to sell me transmission servicing to, "protect my warranty", which I did not need.  Complained about this and several other issues from first visit.  Dennis took complaint and I wasn't charged for the hourly rate, even though the issue was covered by warranty.  They don't easily have access to past services performed by Orange Ford, but can obtain it when asked to.  

Would have been nice to tell me before the warranty repair that there was a $100 deductible.  Of course, I was 408 miles over warranty coverage :(   

They noticed my inspection was due and asked if I wanted that done.   I told them yet.

When leaving, I received a "receipt", but no details on the repair.  I had to go back in and ask for something, which was the symptoms when dropped off, but not a repair list.

I won't be going back to "DePaula Ford" and I'm sure they are happy about that as well.

I'm enjoying my used ford escape I bought about a month ago, I also received great service to get it, very helpful, however when I wanted to pick it up the same day I bought it they told me they had to replace the battery and drive the car to reset the computer. I get the car the next day and bring it to my mechanic he does a history report and I found that they did 2 recalls, changed axle seals, and put a new automatic hatch system in. Now just a few days ago I found weathering gel on the bottom of my backdoor. I go to wipe it off and discovered two flaps. I take a flap off and water poured out of my door... that was the last straw and now I write this negative feedback. What other secrets will I find with my car and what else will I be lied about by this company.
