We dropped the car off on Sunday night and we picked it up two days later. It had bad brakes. It wasn't driven most of the winter so everything was Rusty. We thought there's a problem the steering but they told us no it was just the brakes because they're all rusted they got really pitted very badly and we should drive it  around more, at least 5 miles a week. We also got an oil change and inspection. I didn't really have an issue with the service I wasn't in a hurry. I think the only issue they may have is they seem rushed. Maybe they need someone else to help out. But everybody was friendly polite I called us back let us know what's going on picked up the calls in a reasonable manner. And there is parking the parking lot for cars. In the price was reasonable.

Everyone said Never take your car service problems to a dealer!  Well, they had obviously not gone to this dealer.  These guys were kind,  efficient, and fast.  I drove in with a potential emergency, without an appointment on a busy Saturday morning, and they were able to take care of me with a fatherly smile.  These guys rock.

Sales manager Jeff shorts employees hours on paychecks and unfriendly with customers. As an employee and customer i will say Don't buy a car from Vito one of the salesman there. Big liar. Very arrogant. Tells you one price then keeps changing it. Vito and finance manager Glen are horrible to do business with. I recommend not buying a car from them. They just care about getting every penny out of you they can get. Best friend when selling you a car then you mean nothing afterwards. Recommend going elsewhere.

Lia Hyundai of Albany has always taken great care of me and my car. My mother had a Hyundai and now I own one myself, you just can't beat the warranty! I'm getting a brand new a/c compressor installed totally free of charge. Also, Ed took excellent care of my vehicle and made sure I had my car back the same day i dropped it off so I didn't have to pay for my rental an extra day!

Terrible experience at this dealership. Sales person (Vito) called me the day after purchasing a vehicle stating he gave me the wrong vehicle and I needed to return it. I was beyond upset, then proceeded to threaten me by text message. To make a long story short I returned the vehicle and it was replaced with another. When I went to drive the new vehicle it shook like crazy when trying to brake. I honestly have NEVER had such a terrible experience. How could someone that works for such a large company treat a customer so badly? Then to be told "everyone makes mistakes".  What is even more upsetting is NOT one person from this company reached out to me.  Really the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I can only hope that the people that own the company read this and review what happened.  
Be careful when you deal with this dealership because now I'm stuck with an experience and a vehicle I do not trust.
