I brought my girlfriends dart into service for a strange noise and spoke to service advisor Gary Barrell. Gary was EXTREMELY helpful and was an OUTSTANDING person. He explained what was wrong with the car and also let me know of a few recalls that had not been done yet. Such a well educated and down to earth advisor, not pushy like other dodge dealers in the area. My family had been dealing with a dodge dealer down the road for a few years now and their service department has NO CLUE what they're doing.  I would highly recommended going to see Gary. I've already told my family and friends that Armory is where it's at!

Having a car accident causes immediate stress, but in process of having repairs, I found peace of mind in knowing the services received were top notch!  Everyone was most helpful, but Paul Cassala walked me through the work up, costing, time, and insurance submissions.  All quotes were met and/or exceeded!  He was fantastic to deal with, and I will be sure to bring my car here for all future service needs!  Thank you Paul, Armory Garage!

I had such a great experience at armory garage, I felt I NEEDED to leave a review. I worked with Jerome and Keith and cannot say enough good things about either one. Right off the bat, Jerome made me feel right at home and like he wanted the best for me. There was never any pushy sales tactics, or a feeling of disingenuous. He made this experience so easy and comfortable, and helped me to find EXACTLY what I wanted. I would send anyone to him over and over again. After I worked with Jerome to find my perfect car that I wanted, with great mileage (and the body style I had my heart set on), Keith helped out with my financial stuff. He found a payment RIGHT where I needed to be, and even got me a warranty that didn't completely blow my budget. These two were such a great team, and I am so happy I'm part of the armory fam now. I feel like I won't buy anywhere else ever again after the experience I had here. THANK YOU JEROME AND KEITH, YOU GUYS ROCK!

I brought my vehicles to Armory Garage in Albany for service and the pleasure of working with Marlon Hardie in the service department, he provided excellent and efficient customer service.  My repairs were carefully explained and done right the first time.   Excellent, service.

I will definitely go see Marlon for my next vehicle service.!

I just bought my first vehicle from Armory, my family's third, and it was a great experience. Jason was very friendly and accommodating to what I was looking for. He continued to follow up with me until we found what I was looking for. I am very happy with my car and the service I received!
