Place is clean, roads are wide and well maintained, Pete was AWESOME, gate is sturdy. Only thing I don't like are the new ($16+) cylynder locks, that can't be used anywhere but there.

I had a unit there since it was Uncle Bob's storage a few years ago and they were always fine. Nothing but trouble since Life Storage took it over. Had a manager scream and yell at me (no exaggeration) for ten minutes straight after SHE lost my locks when they put new doors on the units. This was about 2 1/2 months ago . Then took two hours to rekey their locks on my unit after sending my NEW keys to the incorrect address. More yelling and cursing by her (Marilyn), which I have on video. There were numerous holes chewed in my boxes (rats) and droppings everywhere. Took two weeks to unpack and repack everything as well as having to throw a lot away. She told me (sorry, yelled) that it wasn't possible because they have pest control. Showed her boxes. She yelled that I brought them in that way. Unbelievable. And no, they do not even have a trash can or dumpster for customer's trash, so after cleaning it, I had to transport dirt and trash in my car. Huge leak on interior wall halfway back into unit - water destroyed a couple of boxes and soaked underneath a (thankfully) plastic crate. I moved out yesterday to a wonderful storage unit I've been trying out; Super Storage, which has incredible customer service. Do not bother renting here if you value your belongings.
