STAY AWAY!! Like everyone else, I used them because they were listed on the PODS site. This company is ran by David Costanza who is a crook! Also be aware that this company is not a permitted moving company within the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission and falls outside of the jurisdiction of US Department of Transportation because this company doesn't actually move your personal items across state lines and because they pack and load a 3rd parties trailer or container, the Attorney Generals office doesn't consider them a moving company under the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commissions so they have found a loop hole in the law and is using it to their advantage. They will destroy your belongings and you will have no recourse. I complained to the BBB, AG Office, Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission and even PODS, all with no result because they are not a regulated industry. Their job took 2 days when I was quoted one day, the crew was actually an unlicensed 3rd party moving company Kangaroo Movers LLC, and I ended up spending over 4k only to received all my items completely destroyed. you are therefore coerced into signing their waiver that says they are not liable for damages over $250, this is on the invoice you sign for the day confirming how many hours the crew spent at your house and how many boxes were used. One day if there is a class action, I will be happy to join that since this company is scandalous and unethical to say the least. I have been referred to mediation from the AG's office and the BBB but I doubt that will yield any results for the thousands of dollars in damage to my furniture.

This company came recommended to me from PODS, and I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service that this company provides. They are brokers that hire another company in your area and facilitate your move. Not only do they have little to no idea what is going on, they are not willing to listen to the customer. They billed us for more work than was agreed upon, and refuse to give us our fair share of the refund. I have had very rude conversations with Doug Prescott (owner), Joey Prescott, and Dave Costanza. They are all unwilling to attempt to listen to the customer, and will bill you regardless of your argument. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Do NOT use them, even if PODS recommends them to you. You can find someone local yourself to do the same job, have better customer service, AND keep some more money in your bank!

I was recommended this company through pods and I am extremely disappointed. I was told the movers would be professional and that everything would be taken care of but that was far from the truth. The movers damaged my floor and kept quite about it thinking I wouldn't notice. When I contacted the company the manager told me to file a claim but that's all they could do I told him I had to return my key by a certain day and the floor needed to be repaired before then and he didn't care. I asked him for a refund because I was completely disappointed with my services and he told me no that I could file a claim and see if that gets approved so basically I'm out $500 plus whatever it's going to cost to fix my floor and my move didn't get completed. I'm going to file a complaint with pods and also better business. Pods should not refer their customers to a company like this because it looks negative on the pod company as well.

We used Pack and Load two consecutive days because we underestimated how many pods we needed the first day.  The packers the first day were very professional and did a great job.  Unfortunately they could not come back the second day so they sent a different crew.  We paid $399 for the 3 hour minimum, and they only stayed 40 minutes and told us they could not fit any more into the pod.  After they left, we removed a flat box they had put in last and found that there was a lot more room.  We spent the next 1 1/2 hours putting the rest of our things in the pod.  I sent pictures to the company, and they said the job was fine and refused to acknowledge the poor job performed by their workers.  Do NOT use this company!!!!
