we have had raised prices, lackluster service, no help at all when we needed them available to open the gate for our shredding company to do a purge cycle.  I would not recommend them. We are still there was it is difficult to empty out that many units and find something closer and more affordable without the huge expense of doing the move.  Very disappointing as the prior owner kept up the units very well, was available and helpful and was not looking for every single angle to jack up the rent.

Great experience with this location Joe and Elizabeth are always friendly and helpful I recommend this facility to anyone in need of a good storage unit.
