Brooke (the new Manager) at this location is wonderful. She is very helpful & will do whatever she can to help you out. The prices could be a little better, especially because the units, their doors in the non- climate controlled areas are not new, not very clean & the doors are dirty & rusty- I get dirty every time I go to 1 of my units, even if it's just to pick up or drop off 1 item, due to the dirt & rust that gets all over my hands, etc just opening the door to any of my units.. The doors & the buildings could use a good cleaning & paint.. Otherwise, Brooke is great & the location is convenient.

If I could give this storage place zero stars I would. They have raise the rent from 62 to 85 in the span of two months there is no rent regulation this is ridiculous.

Great staff, clean Place, everything runs as expected. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a little run-down

Mark (the manager) has been wonderful to work with. He's very kind, courteous and polite. I appreciate having had the chance to do business with him as I live out of state and whenever I had questions or needed assistance with my storage unit he was happy to help. If I ever need storage space in Pinellas County I will make it a point to go to Mark's location and would recommend others to do the same.
