Only gave 1 star because I had to. We ordered 2 calzones online as we usually do. They recently changed their web page and there was some sort of error and we ended up with cheese, sauce and half cooked bread. When we called to have this rectified they refused to even oblige on one of the 2 hunks of sauce and bread. Work on your customer service skills... You lost a GREAT TIPPER HERE 😉

Good food and usually good service, however my order, which was marked as confirmed and sent out for delivery, never arrived. Didn't pick up phone or contact me. Will not order from or recommend again.

Over 30 min late.. 1st and last time il ever order here. Dont waste ur time.

Order was placed online and I was charged but the order never went through. Manager refused to call me back to refund me my money after multiple messages. I was told to go through my ban because he couldn't be inconvenienced to do it himself. Worst customer service.
