My husband and I have been dealing with Kristen for over 2 years now. We started out with 3 units, then down to 2 then one and up again to 2 and now only one. Kristen has taken top notch care of us the whole way. She has been completely professional, while putting her charming friendly touch to make us feel cared about and taken care of. We are so happy we have chosen this particular storage facility. Kristen is always on top of any problems and keeps the facility spotless. Mary is a great asset to Kristen's team, being always friendly and helpful!

Hello! I would like to thank you very much for such a great experience. Kristen is a wonderful representative as a frontwoman of your company. She was so personable and thourough. I had many questions and she was both very understanding and had nothing but a smile on her face the whole time!  We laughed and made jokes upon my return tgis morning and this has certainly given me a cheery start to my day especially because moving is so stressful as it is! You can tell she loves her job and loves assisting people in making the right choice for a unit size. ***** 5 / 5 stars!
