I found Prime Storage while googling storage units near 02816. I had previous heard of them through living in the area and several friends/family members who had used them in the past. The online deal was amazing and I could not pass it up. While checking in and visiting the facility, I was greeted with a smile, shown a similar space to insure it was big enough and walked through every detail of the process as it was my first time using a storage facitility. My questions were answered to the fullest and the associate (I forgot her name:/) but she was absolutely amazing, personable, kind and through. The process was quick, easy and effortless. Looking forward to my stay at prime storage! Thank you for all your help:)

I rented a U haul box truck from here. I needed to move some furniture from my home to my daughter's. It was so much easier to do it all in one move & the price was so much cheaper to move it yourself instead of hiring a moving company.

A bit more pricey then expected, mandatory insurance, frazzled customer service. And there were dead mice found in the unit when we were moving in my items...

As you will see in the multiple reviews below.... The new management is terrible. The inconsistent billing that somehow the customer is required to track down as to why. Lack of basic customer services skills... Telling customers I'm not required to and "I'll apologize when you do' is  a great look for this local business. If you value consistent billing and customer service..... Please stay far away from this business.

We  rented a 15' U-haul truck from this establishment they were proffessional, friendly & helpful & it was closing time on a Saturday.
