This place has amazing good vibes and great instructors. I live out in South Beach but I make the trip out here because it really is great group of women that really teach aerial arts. You feel very comfortable and supported in the learning. The classes are definitely not easy but the beginners classes are great. The teaches really help you realize how simple it can be and how to do your best.

Beyond in love with this studio, the instructors, and most of all the amazing girls I get to pole with. Every class has me laughing, sweating and pushing myself to new limits. Your self confidence will shoot up within your first classes. Everything about this place has made me into a better person. It sounds silly, but when you take into account your own mental health, you realize how much happier and fuller your life feels after each class. Never giving this up!!

I had an incredible time! It was my first pole fitness class ever, and my instructor Keisha was so patient, encouraging and fun. I’m looking forward to taking many more classes and perfecting my craft. My only regret is that I didn’t try this sooner!
