I was a Member of The Gym before the Upgrades (bathroom(s), equiptment,...) 
I was gone for a minute.  Not because of anything gym related, work just got busy.  Anyway, when I go back through to check the prices and maybe renew my membership I noticed that the older equiptment had been upgraded, the main room had been mirrored-out, and they even added a cycle room.  
For the moment the monthly rate is alright although I prefer my old rate (because of my oldhead status / previous gym membership)..lol
Kewl, calm, pleasent, laid back, but very suggestive staff compiled with a comfortable functional gym feel if I were to describe it...
Lets see tho, so far so good.  
The alternative would be joining Cross Fit.. (don't wanna get hit by a car running next to traffic...!) LOL, just Kidding...

Anyway, I do recommend it, even tho, I don't wish for a crowd. :-)
