This is the best gym of all time space and dimension. Doug is the most dynamic, knowledgeable, fun coach who ever coached! This place changed my life, I am more physically fit and healthy now than at any other point in my life. An atmosphere of friendliness and support has been firmly established among the members. I've made so many friends. They have sweet shirts too!

A lot of fun and a lot of work.  Coaches take care of you, and spend enough time to make sure you are being safe with proper form.

This place has been like a second home to me for the better part of 3 years!  The lifelong friendships i've made with the members are only secondary to the quality coaching and training i receive on a daily basis from a staff of professionals dedicated to bringing better living to the community!
