Great customer service. The facility is always clean. Never had issues with any of the machines or tanning beds. Always very helpful, friendly service. Highly recommended this facility.

I come here EVERY DAY!!!!!! I absolutely love this place. It's almost always clean.. I've never not seen anyone clean when I workout. Their is always at least 1 or 2 people walking around cleaning the bathrooms or the main area. The employees are always happy, and ready to help you with whatever you need. And everyone really goes by the no judgement zone. I've seen lots of sizes of people here and we all get treated with respect. 😁

Amanda has ZERO customer service skills what so ever. I went to tan a few nights ago for bed 9 for 8:40pm. She told me someone had 2 minutes left. I STOOD AT COUNTER THE ENTIRE CPL OF MINUTES and some young girl came up to counter to tan at 8:36pm and wanted number 9 as well RIGHT AS PLACARD FOR 9 WAS BEING HANDED IN BY PREVIOUS CLIENT. Amanda looked at her and said "well I guess the 8:40pm isn't showing up, so here u go"..... I IMMEDIATELY said "uh, no, I'm right here thank you". he then laughed (giggled rather) and gave me the placard for number 9! 

I wouldn't normally give one star for one idiot, but the SAME EXACT THING happened to my husband about 20 minutes ago with the same girl and the excuse was "there was an emergency so we handed the placard to any one who came up to the counter, sorry".....

Amanda lacks every type of customer service skill there is! Don't go there when she's working

I am a black card PF member. Up til today 4/13/18 the black card has a deal for $21.99(22.09)/mo per person. When it's usually around $100. With the black card membership, you get unlimited use of gym equipment, unlimited use of amenities such as; hydro massage, total body enhancement, tanning, massage chairs, 20% off Reebok purchases and unlimited guest services at every other planet fitness center in the country. Benefits vary per location. They are considered a non judgement zone and will not judge you for what you look like. They won't tolerate showing off or people dressing in revealing clothing or jeans if working out. They have the "lunk alarm" specifically reserved for people wearing those muscle tanks, grunting really loud, throwing the barbell down, and drinking out of unnecessarily large water jugs.

I love coming here to work out. I have only been a member for about 2 wks and I am so happy. I can already tell that I have lost inches. If you are looking for a friendly place to work out this is the place. Really clean facility and if there is a problem the staff are right on it to take care of any problems. I can't wait to try out all the stuff you have to offer.
