Have taken our young daughter here to dance classes.  Clean facility, desk workers always greet with a smile, a decent amount of gym iron and free weights.  Nice basketball court and food size Y for owosso.

The best gym in Owosso. The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere makes you feel welcomed. The equipment is also really nice and for all types of training. Definitely recommended.

In the gym its really fun until a bunch of high schoolers come in and start swearing like a pirate and disrespect you. all this place is lacking is respect other then that its great. the workout part is great
