We are a 25,000 sq.ft fitness complex designed with you in mind. Whether you are a Beginner or workout pro, we have everything you need.

We have a unique, spacious, state-of-the art facility and an trendy post-modern feel in our 128 year old HISTORIC brick building.

Our easy-to-use equipment was engineered by BMW. Our impressive locker rooms have cherry lockers, slate floors, private showers, private changing areas, and saunas imported from Finland.
