I am so happy I found this store. My husband and I spent hours combing the mall for a new night gown for me and found nothing. As I am a big woman, I expected the choices to be limited, however, they were non existent. My final choice was to call Lil' John's. The gentleman was non judgemental and was very understanding of what I wanted. He helped me pick out 4 shirts that would be both long enough and wide enough to sleep in. He was also very conscious of making certain the shirts were 100% cotton as I requested. I am so impressed with this store that I will be taking my husband there to get his new clothing that will have to be altered to fit him.

I cannot say enough about all the wonderful people that work at this shop. Service is very personalized and always friendly. I mostly dealt with Carolyn who does alterations. She is so sweet and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. I took my dress, my bridesmaid's dress and my mom's dress there for my wedding. It only took her a couple of weeks and because the alterations were so minimal the most any of us paid was $20. I've referred all of my friends to her and will keep coming back when I need something altered. Thanks for the great service.

I love going to Lil John's Big and Tall. John is an amazing person to deal with. His customer service is great and his staff is impeccable. This time I had some clothes altered and a back pack that was torn was sewn up for me. Great job. While I was there, I chose to buy a coat. Thank you John for an amazing store.

I am usually hard to fit. Regular stores don't carry shirts that are long enough (even there "tall" shirts are too short). Most big and tall stores have horrible looking clothing that are long enough but to large. Lil' Johns had great looking clothes that fit me perfectly. Super nice people too. I will be shopping there every time I visit Pensacola from now on.

I entered the store with no idea what to expect. This was my first exposure to a store of this nature. The ladies in the store, were fabulous. I didn't even know how to answer some of the questions that I was asked initially. My visit could have very quickly turned bad, but the staff quickly began to search for the information they needed via an alternate route of questioning. In short, great service and a stellar experience. Two shirts that fit me, better than I could have ever imagined.
