No shoes available in the ladies section for size 11 plus. Cluttered and not one employee said a word to me, that is my reason for one star. The side walk as a messy table stacked with purses. You walk in and no one greets you. There's an officer standing there just watching you. The aisle are cluttered, there's no really clear idea of what is where, and where one style of shoes starts and ends. I figured a store stacked with shoes would carry a ladies 12 but no one stopped to even talk to me. So I'll never know. I will most likely not return.
