Salon was clean, but the service was not what I expected. Stylist took liberties with the appointment and did not ask for my input. Would have been nice if communication was a factor during the appointment. 

If you have textured hair be very clear and direct with how you want your cut and style to be done. I paid for the sub-par service and left. 

I will not be a returning customer, I left feeling miserable. I had to go home and find another salon and pay again for an appointment that should have been done right the first time.

I have been going to Kaci for over 10 years and won't go anywhere else!  She is dedicated to hair care and customer service.  She gets me out of my comfort zone with my hair styles and takes her time to make sure I receive great results!

Highly recommend Kaci and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Kaci has been my stylist for 5 plus years and she always has me looking fabulous. Very professional and reliable with my scheduled appointments. On my wedding day she dedicated her whole day to making me a beautiful bride and that was on a Sunday. The staff at Retro Salon is awesome and the vibe in the salon is always positive. I love this salon and my stylist, I wouldn’t trade it in for any other.

I booked an appointment for 5/6/2018.  I booked for a color touch up and eye brow wax.  I have epilepsy and need to get around by lyft or Uber.  I showed up to appt. and doors were locked and I check my appt and it said cancelled.  I booked online.  The hours said salon opened.  You need to ch anger your hours to close and take sundays off for appointments so that this does not happen.  I wasted money going and coming back to my house with no service performed.  That is not right!

change your ougoing message to match your store hours online to your answering machine.  Internet says your open on Mondays.  Outgoing answering machine message says your closed.
