This will be my 2nd month in the lease with one of their apartments. I called them 10 days ago to fix the air conditioner and it's still not fixed. I kept calling them for the first few days especially since it was very hot. This is beyond cruel. I'm sleeping in my livingroom because it's cooler in there. I guess they don't think it's a priority since it's almost fall. At night since it's been cooler I would open up the windows but without screens on them I don't want things to get through while I'm sleeping.

 If you are considering renting to this company my first piece of advice is don't. LHP LLC is hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with. You would be better off living on the streets than renting from these scumbags. They never answer the phone, so if something breaks don't expect it to get fixed anytime soon. When they did come to "fix" something they would usually just take a look at it, do nothing about the problem, and then leave without fixing it. When we moved out they tried to charge us for a bunch of stuff that was already damaged when we moved into the house. 
Our basement flooded constantly, even from a light rain, and this was not disclosed to us before we moved in. When we called them to clean up the standing water in the basement (they only came twice out of the two dozen times the basement flooded) all they did was vacuum it up and put down two box fans. There was mold growing on the carpet and then they tried to charge us to replace the carpet.
The property managers would come "inspect" our house every couple months and they would show up completely unannounced and just walk into the house with any of us answering the door, even when nobody was home.
Also you send your rent checks to a mailbox at a crack house apartment building on 27th and O.
Unless you enjoy feeling violated and cheated by your landlord, I highly suggest avoiding renting from LHP at all costs.

would not recommend. unresponsive maintenance, shotty bookkeeping. the only redeeming quality is that our house was cheap. that's the only reason to live in one of their houses.

Beyond horrible rental company i also have encountered. First of all they tried the whole you have three days to pay your rent or quit letter. Well i had a receipt saying i paid on time tried and tried and tried left over 20 - 30 messages with the office with the landlords personal number, no answer but yet he has the nerve to call my co worker about it and say dont worry about it. Ha anyways on another note i will back up a recent post of how they do not maintain their building at all, i had water coming out of my ceiling from my upstairs neighbor and they still to this day have not fixed it. 
So after i find another apartment i am never giving them my buisness again what so ever

Don't rent from them if you are in college. Worst experience ever.
