So question....If you truly cared about the people living in the properties you maintain, then why is it that a flooded living room is acceptable? Would you want your family living in a mold infested living space? I'm sorry to be so blunt but do better for the people living in the homes you maintain and quit cutting corners! I have family living in a home you maintain and they have gone through enough! Enough is enough....

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. Horrible, horrible, horrible management. The property managers/company managers are never there and when they are, they have a terrible attitude towards everyone and everything. If you are a renter, don't even consider this company. If you are a property owner looking for someone to manage your properties, look elsewhere, if you are considering doing work for them, run far, far away. Do they even have anybody who does maintenance?

Vendors beware of doing business with this company. They don't pay the bills at all or in a timely manner. They still owe us a lot of $ and have for a long time now.

NEVER-EVER rent a property that is managed through Tri-Win. I would give them Poor to Very Poor if it were possible. It took them several months and me taking and handing them a printed list of items that needed to be fixed to actually get done--and only half of the items actually got fixed. It bothered them that we called to tell them things were broken and needed to be fixed...isn't that their job as a management company? I can't imagine the owners of the house are happy with them either. We were also charged two $20 late fees in the month we took over previous tenets lease half way through the month. When I called about this, they said to ignore the late fees and they understood there was a tenet change so not to worry about it. We just moved out of the property last month and had $40 deducted from our deposit for late fees. The guy said he didn't remember telling us to not worry about the fees and that he could provide me with the payment history if I wanted--as if that will help in some way. Apparently they need to have a better method for tracking what they say, otherwise you need a recorder to play back to them when they try to go back on their word. I am so happy we are out of a property owned by them. They should go back and read their Philosophy and Goals statements on their website or re-do them to accurately reflect what you will get if you work with them.
