No Instacart Shopper wants to lug your cases of water and other groceries up to the 5th floor!  Your lucky your company even gets the orders at all.  Your order is getting 'batched' in with another customers order and when that happens, Shoppers can't tell what each customer is tipping on their order.  The building 'should' be providing a cart of some sort.  Instacart Shoppers aren't paid by the hour so how about your company show a little more 'appreciation' than a measly $3 tip.

I would recommend Diana Schilf to help find commercial property. She is professional and knowledgeable in the properties available in Lincoln along with having a good way of explaining the details in terms the ordinary person can explaining.

They have done a really nice job for us!  I would highly recommend them.  Diana has done a lot of good things for us!
