This is a fast pace restaurant get in and get out. Most of the time is tended by very capable young adults. When I ask for well done bread sticks they are polite and tell me it will take a few more minutes. So for we like it the pizza is good with little wait or no wait at all most of the time.

My roommate called them at 4:30pm to pre-order his "light sauce pepperoni", then he went to pick up that and my Hot-n-Ready pepperoni. What he GOT was a light sauce pepperoni that was undercooked and a cheese pizza. I sent him back to the store to get my Hot-n-Ready pepperoni and I assumed he was going to get them to replace his, too. What he came back with was the original two and zero sauce pepperoni. At this point, he gave up and started eating his undercooked light sauce pepperoni, and I asked to take his car and get mine corrected. I arrived and waited patiently for my turn, then asked "Manager on duty?" to which the cashier replied "no". When I asked "You have no manager on duty???" he explained that he thought that I was asking if HE was the manager on duty. Whatever, I started explaining the story thus far and handed him the light sauce pepperoni to exchange it for a Hot-n-Ready, as it should have been the very first trip, not the THIRD trip. They ask me if I want a new light sauce pepperoni, proving that they still do not understand the story or the issue. I explain that I need a normal Hot-n-Ready pepperoni. They hand me one from the box, and as I check it, it looks okay at first, but when I lift up the crust, is has the structural integrity of a mouse pad, just like the one my roommate settled for after his second trip. I showed it to them and they see nothing wrong with that. I explained that it is undercooked; to which they ask if I want a well done one. I say, "I need one that is properly cooked, this is undercooked." They repeat themselves, so I respond "If that's what you call it, sure, a well done pepperoni pizza." The second guy to appear throws away the pizza I brought and yells to the crew that he needs a well done pizza (having worked for food places and also Little Caesars, I know that this singles out my pizza as a disgruntled customer for anyone to mess with my food, so that's not cool). Less than 14 minutes later (the whole time in the store was 14 minutes, not the waiting on the correct pizza portion) they brought me a well done pepperoni pizza. No apologies, no offer of anything additional, just the pizza that I should have had around 4:45pm after only one trip to the store instead of 6:10pm after THREE trips to the store. ANY food place I've ever worked would have offered the customer on the SECOND trip a coupon or gift card or free cheesy bread or SOMETHING, and after the THIRD trip at LEAST apologize and admit their own failure. I am quite familiar with Little Caesar's pizza, having been a customer for years and worked for one, and this location is noticeably undercooking their pizza either consistently or not giving a damn when a customer comes back to get the right order. Pathetic customer service after pathetic product quality. tl;dr Getting the correct pizza cost me 1.5 hours and three trips to the same store, with no apology nor reparations.

I am very upset. This was the only pizza I trust for past 10 years. The only pizza without seeds in sauce until last night. My daughter is highly allergic to seeds. We bought 2 hot and readys. My daughter took 2 bites and mouth swelled up. When I called to see if they changed the sauce because I found pepper and tomato seeds in sauce under the chesse the guy on the phone laughed and said " no " and hung up. For anyone who has seed allergies Don't Eat Here. Very rude...
