Small line in the drive thru, no line inside. Why does it take almost 20 min for a simple order. 1 black coffee and two snack wraps. I also asked for no ranch on my snack wraps and I got enough ranch to sink a ship. Sad.

If you desire slow and horrible service? This is the place for you!

I would rather drive 10 minutes out of my way to receive better and faster service than to drive through this place again.

I can almost count on this location to get my order wrong most of the times. Recently waited 10 minutes to take my order and 15 minutes to wait in my car to never receive what I ordered. I go in to get a refund, management could care less about my experience. Refunds my money and says have a nice day.

So in short, if you want your orders to be wrong, long wait times, and lack of customer service from management, this is the place for you! If you rather keep your blood pressure low and your mood happy, go somewhere else.

Slow slow slow slow slow. Always slow. Even at non-peak serving times. Today I sat at the ordering screen for 5 minutes before someone took my order...only after they took the order of the other car (who pulled up after me.)Then sat in drive thru for almost a half hour. They had both windows operating...and when I asked what the hold up was, I was told "I don't know" to which I replied.. "this is horrible." She said..."I know."

There wasn't an excessively long line of people in front of me...so I don't understand the hold up..but man oh man did the line behind me grow long. 

And to add to the disappointment...the fries were far from fresh :'(

Something needs to change here...the fact that SO many others have given 1 star ratings is screaming that it needs some changes. Corporate where ya at? Help these people out.

Worst mc d ever. The drive thru credit card machine seems to always be down so when you go into order, it took 5 minutes for someone to even walk up to the cash register n 14 minutes afterward to get my order! Fast food....pfft

Went hoping for quick service, but sat in the drive through line for 35 minutes before running in and finding my order just siting on the counter. I spoke to the manager, who attempted to constantly avoid me, and she gave me the order. Once i got back to my car, there was no sauces, so i had to run back in. I spent over 50 minutes to get home to under-cooked chicken tenders and freezing cold fries.
