Was in the mood for some Little Ceasars pizza, so decided to swing by this location.  The store seems clean (compared to most) and the staff were very pleasant. The pizza was a little under cooked, but overall not to bad.  I would recommend a visit if you happen to be in the area.

If you are looking for a hot-n-ready pizza you're good to go with this place but don't need to order special. The store is under staffed and the customer service isn't there. I ordered a pizza on the phone with light sauce due to dietary issues and I was told it would be 1/2 hour to pickup. Really? The employee that took my order didn't even ask for my name and when I called back to bring that to his attention I was told he was really busy. I politely paused and then said I would take my order to another establishment.

This location deliberately does not stock classic pepperoni hot and ready. After agreeing to pay the upcharge on the pepperoni pizza I left and discovered the pizza was burnt. I went back spoke to the manager he said that's the way he likes his pizza and that he deliberately puts the pizzas in the deep dish oven so they come out extra crispy. They did not have any other hot and ready pizzas. I asked if I could get the classic pepperoni pizza because they would have to make a fresh one, however they would not adjust the price to give me the classic pepperoni pizza. So after I waited for them to cook this new pizza I was left frustrated annoyed and did not get a hot and ready pizza which is my entire point of stopping in the Little Caesars. They also we're saying that I get twice the pizza for the upgrade which is false and once I corrected them they told me I get twice the toppings which is also false. According to corporate there is 80% more pepperoni and 25% more cheese. After my experience today it'll be unlikely that I returned to Little Caesars.

I had a BAD experience this past Thursday when I wanted a Pizza for my Dinner. The door was locked with a note saying they were out of dough and would be opened at 6:30. It was 5:50 and I saw two men in the prep area putting dough into pans. They never looked out the window to see if there was any customers there. Two other people came by and I told them about the sign on the door.  They went next door to Subway and got waited on there. I didn't want Subway I wanted Pizza. I waited 20 minutes but they still didn't noticed me. I went to Sheetz got something to take home instead. I recommend not to go to this LITTLE CAESARS
