The service was excellent, however my burger was extra well done, and cold. Sever from kitchen, not our server , delivered food and dropped off food and ran. It had taken our waitress up to 5 minutes to get back to see if we needed condiments and another 2 to get them to us. Meanwhile our food is getting colder by the second. I will try it again, hoping for better results.

One goes to a “steakhouse” in the hopes that they can cook a steak more consistently and better than you can cook at home or at other “non-steakhouse” restaurants… Sadly, Longhorn is not that place.  Don’t waste your time or your money... unless you don’t mind sending your steak back and having your evening ruined.  I can ruin my own steak at home I don’t need Longhorn for that!!!

Food is usually good although the wait is often very long. Waitresses are always pleasant and helpful, but the manger doesn't seem to care or even want to be there. It honestly would of been a 3-4 star review if my mother wasn't servered a chicken wing that was not cooked and bloody.

Well I have always good experience while there. The waitresses are polite, attentive. Their steak are well seasonned. Their wheat bread is hum yummy specially with unsalted butter. The drink are ok and the kids liked chicken tenders and fries with rice on the side. You called it steakhouse right thinking they don't know nothing about seafood, well the next time you have a chance please order their salmon and let met know.

Worst customer service ever!! Walked out because they had over 20 free tables or more with long wait. Get employees that know how to run the front. You give beepers only to have staff walk out and shout your name? What's the point in going here? Horrible experience!! Outback down the street was 100% better!! I'll give someone my $50 gift card to Longhorns. Never again!!
