I'm updating my review.. they have rebuilt the entire site!  Its very nice now.  The staff is so friendly and they greeted me by name after only 2 visits. :)  I mentioned to a staff member that I love the crispy ones in the fries and they special made our fries extra crispy!  Yum! The tables and seating area was clean and placed nice and the landscaping is so pretty.  They have multi drive-thru lanes that come to the pay window,  then pickup window.

New building, same terrible service. I'm not sure if Copperas Cove is trying to win an award for having the worst customer service in fast-food but it certainly is a prominent theme. The rebuilt Burger King is no exception. Prior to the rebuild I never got a correct order from this place. After the rebuild, I did once and that was a take out order. If I ask for no mayonnaise I'll get loads of mayo but maybe no lettuce. if I ask for a spicy chicken sandwich I might get a regular one, or a burger.

They like to ask your name for drive through orders. I wish they'd stop. It's unnecessary when you have an order number, and they fail at "the personal touch" when they cannot get the names correct. I'm not even talking about unusual names, or foreign names, but regular, common American names, so completely wrong that we don't recognize them.

Copperas Cove BK, I see that you are trying but get the basics down before trying to make it more complicated.

Very rude and the manager if i can remember her name is Andrea she is absolutely Rude and she curses at her customers. Other then that the food and everything else was good. Love the new set up.  As for Everyone else great customer service.

Excellent service friendly too! Food was fresh and hot. Floor was clean, tables clean condiment and sofa area clean and full. Way to go BK in Cove, I was impressed!

Brand new, clean, modern building. Double drive-thru ordering lines. Pay at one window, pick up at another  Personalized service - your name on your order. Very polite staff. Oh, the fries are very good.
