We were having a pretty bad time here with our food taking so long, while others that came after us had already received their order.  On top of that the food came to us burnt and poorly prepared.  I politely spoke to the manager with my concerns.  She immediately made it right and took great care of us.  Everyone makes mistakes but it says a lot that Sandra manager and Alex went out of their way to turn our bad experience around.  Knowing that there are people like this at this Shakeys makes me eager to return.  Thank you.

Still a good time. I enjoyed myself and the kids food is good as well alot of flat-screen tvs. I always come to shakeys those MOJOs are the best. Oh and bunch a lunch there's alot of good things to say about this place. The manager works hard and is very nice keep up the good work.

Great place for kids because it has an arcade, great prices on food and it's not expensive

Staying at the hotel next door, decided to walk over and get some dinner. This is a big place, several eating areas, play area with games for kids. I ordered a small  Shakey’s special pizza and a beer.  They were pretty busy, 15 minutes later I was served. Pizza was delicious, loved it, couldn’t eat it all, took the rest with me.  No complaints, employees I came in contact with were very friendly, helpful and nice.

If you like pizza toppings on cardboard this is the place for you. Food here is not the best and the atmosphere isn't much better. Maybe I was just there for the weekly thug meeting. Safe to say that we'll never be back. Will say the staff is very friendly.Food: 1/5

This place doesn’t deserve even one star in my opinion… They need more customer service training… I waited too long for anyone to even ask me “may I help you” while people look at you and look away… and continue to do nothing but stand around and talk… then finally someone waited on me, come to find out my order is WRONG… now I have to wait even longer… So I asked for a refund and left!

My daughter earned a free child size personal Pizza from Shakey's for being good at school. We thought that was awesome so we decided to go try Shakey's out. the free pizza is nice unless you want to eat too. It costs $14 for one buffet with a drink. the only way this is a good deal is if you think having only two options for pizza and a very disturbingly disgusting salad bar is good. The only options I saw for half an hour we're a sausage pizza and an odd tomato and sausage. We thought a distraction from the food would be a good idea so we wanted to play a few games. 30% we're out of order and the tickets they give you are worthless. I didn't spend very much, eight bucks. But I ended up able to get one of those $0.25 boxes of nerds. And a spider ring. We had to wait a long time for the ticket counter girl to even address us. She was nowhere to be found. lastly, I don't know how many employees actually work here but at least six of them were standing around in one of these pictures. This is while I was waiting to be helped. And the coupon I brought for my daughter stated that she gets a free small pizza and she can either pick one topping or get six tokens. The lady at the counter argued with me and said she either gets a pizza or six tokens. Why on Earth would anyone ever come in to get six tokens? So she's either lying to me or misinterpreting the coupon, but either way here the customer is not right, the customer is not satisfied, the customer does not think the food is good, and the customer will not come back.

Good location,  above average taste and flavor. The restaurant needs tons of TLC. ITS a giant box with no windows.  Kid-friendliness: Yes  Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Pizza is good but mojos aren't the same. Prefer old recipe better. Maybe will consider going. But definetly if mojos come back too the way they used to be

Took the kids here for a family day. Loved it the game room had tons of games and great prizes for the little ones. Thank you for a great experience. Will definitely be back again.
