Do not go to this store really bad service. Natalie Somoano does not know what she is doing and do not expect an apology from Supervisor Oliver after waiting for a replacement phone for 3 days she never placed the order still waiting  BAD!!!!!!!!!!!

So the schedule says opened Sundays till 7PM. We get there at 6PM and we were told due to a meeting they had to close at 6PM. What gets me upset is that the employee's did not open the door untill I kept nocking at the door and they were just sitting looking at me nocking the door. Another employee from the back of the store had to come out and open the door just to tell me that. Worst customer service.... and to think I was about to buy four I-phones from this store.... HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!

I had a great experience today at the T-Mobile Store in Miami at Bird road. Jomara helped me upgrade to a Samsung S8+ and gave me great advice on the phone features and my plan. She then transferred all my data from my old phone to the new one, all with a smile on her face. Thanks Jojo!
