The best guitar store in town. The staff, God bless em, treat you like family and help you in each and every single way they can. They’re extremely supportive, helpful and quite frankly inspiring. I’m still new to guitar-playing and the whole world of music that lies ahead of me and no one has made me feel more secure and reassured on that journey than Miami guitars. Legit if a guitar store inspires you more than your own music teacher then you gotta know for a fact that they are something special.

I bought a Silver Sky here and I loved it! It was shipped over night and it was perfectly packaged. Exceptional customer service, Miles (the owner) went the extra mile to make the delivery happen! If you want to buy a personal instrument with a personal touch, this is definitely the store to go. #supportlocal

I'm an old dog and mighty particular about guitars and the folks from whom I buy them. I'd been looking for a particular model for a while and was fortunate to stumble upon these folks on one of the on-line vendor portals. Gave these folks a call.....a human being actually answered the phone. Always a good start. And, the fellow was knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to chat about instruments. All too often, some of the bigger shops just do a quick evaluation on whether you are worth talking to and then bump you off. Not so with Miami-Guitars. The service was natural, pleasant, professional and, bottom line.....I bought a guitar on the first call. That was late on a Monday afternoon. By the end of business, they had already packaged it, arranged pickup by FedEx and sent me a tracking number. Forty-eight hours later, I'm wailing away on my new ax. These guys rock.....they have great pricing and even greater service. I will definitely stop in next time I'm in Miami. Looking forward to a good jam. Give them a shot....you won't be sorry. The service and attention par excellence that I received at Miami-Guitars is above any that I have ever experienced at a music store. Miles, the owner, greeted me on my first visit and actually encouraged me to take my time and try as many guitars as possible and to keep coming back to do the same as often as necessary. I made a series of subsequent visits to this store and had the pleasure of playing the most gorgeous of boutique guitars. During the course of those few days, Miles and Chip patiently listened to me “noodling” on over a dozen guitars as each time, I was getting closer and closer to the “ONE.” Needless to say, the “ONE” did find me and I walked out a very satisfied customer. Thank you very much Miles and Chip!

A fantastic experience from start to finish, and unlike any previous guitar purchase. The genuine passion the guys have for guitars shows in all that they do. They truly cared about making sure that the guitar I picked was the right one for me, and patiently helped me compare and contrast different attributes of different guitars to find the one that ticked all the boxes (a gorgeous Taylor 712ce 12-fret). A truly personal buying experience. I entered a customer, but left reminiscing on a great day spent with buddies, playing guitar. Chip, Ivan - I look forward to seeing you both when I’m next in Miami!
