I love the apartments and location, but I am so extremely disappointed by the management. You can leave 1,000 emails and messages and never get a response. You have to physically go in to get any response. My utilities were outrageous. $200 for power and $120 for water. This is more than we spent on a two story house with five people in it. This month was my 2nd month living here and when I went to go pay rent, there were charges i didn't understand what they were for. So i payed my $1400 rent and left the $178 in extra fees unpaid until I could get some answers. Mind you, I'm out of town for work for two weeks and my husband leaves for work before the office opens and doesn't return home until the office closes so phone and email communication is critical! No response to my email asking for answers in these fees, yet I did receive an email stating I incurred a $100 late rent fee despite the fact that I did indeed pay the rent. So still waiting for a response and I get an eviction notice! Keep in mind, I PAID MY RENT. So my husband gets off work early and makes it to the office to ask in person about what is going on. It's five minutes until close so he's told just pay the utilities minus the late fee to avoid any trouble and they will sort it out tomorrow. I go online to pay the utilities minus the late fee and was told that the system can not process a payment less than the minimum amount past due! So here I am, $300 broker, with no answers feeling completely scammed by an apartment complex that apparently can evict you AFTER taking your $1400 rent payment. Well done Lodge on the Chattahoochee.

One star is too much! I was just submitting a review and it was taking away. Anyways my neighbor above me works for this apartments, washes clothes at night, I complained and she is still washing clothes late at night! I put help tickets and they don't show up and when they do, they want you to give them a good review. I pay every month for pet control, yet the person they send spray a small area and put the container away. I have cameras! Sucks! It is 11:30pm and this person abica me is still cracking up my ceiling. It is really ashamed that people have no respect for others!

The Lodge is a nice place to live. The apartments are very spacious for the price, and the leasing staff is nice. There is a dock where you can fish and a secure package receiving center for USPS packages. My biggest complaint so far is that the sinks are a bit shallow in the kitchens, but otherwise the kitchen space and appliances are very nice. Our apartment also came with an in-unit laundry which is very convenient! The apartment also seems to be relatively soundproofed from other apartments connected, which is nice.

I have lived at the Lodge on the Chattahoochee for a little over a month. I have to say that this is the best place I have lived so far! The amenities are superb; the new salt water pool, the gym, and outside grill. Not to mention that we have our own dock ON the Chattahoochee. I like to go out on the dock after a long day of work and unwind, it's very relaxing. The staff have been excellent and have fulfilled my every need. 10/10 would recommend.

It’s taken me a long time to finally write this review, because I’ve been so happy in the house I bought. I’ve lived and rented in three apartments and one small house over the years and the lodge was the most expensive with the worst experience. The apartment I had was close to a pond in the tree lines where mosquitos bred like crazy and would come into my apartment. I was bit once or twice a night. The floors are paper thin. My neighbor upstairs was a pacer and she avoided my knocks on the door. The previous couple upstairs complained they could smell my cooking once, but I could never hear them walk. This lady paced twenty four seven. I could hear her pivot on her heels. I could hear toilets flush. I could hear small parties on the other side of a wall. The water and electric would go out once a month at a minimum. One time the water was off a whole day and we were not able to shower and go to some planned events. The delivery of packages by USPS was a nightmare. They wanted to only deliver to the front office. I didn’t care for security, but after finally getting USPS to deliver packages to my door the leasing office put some locker system that requires a CC on file and would charge a $20 fee for holding a package more then a certain amount of days. No thanks. I opted out. Started having problems again with USPS. The way the billing worked was kind of weird. You payed a management company for pest, water, sewage. The price steadily increased each month. Why pay for parking? There’s no gates there’s plenty of spots. And if you wanted priority parking it was more money. Office hours were kind of limited which made packages or other problems time I’d have to take out of the office. Nobody was even around for walkthrough on exit. They kept half of the deposit which I expected from reading the reviews. We mopped and cleaned the inside so outside of normal wear and tear they just decided to keep the money. On that note people there seemed to be kind of happy. So what do I know.
