If I could give this place a negative staring would. It is not suitable for human occupancy. The first room she gave me the bed was not mad totels on the floor. The second room the bed was made but the sheets had blood on them. There is no house keeping being done. The floors are dirty it has s mildew smell no trashcan in room. The trash is running over stairs the elevator and it stinks. We sleep on the sofa with our clothes on. That was the worst hotel experience ever. Then I felt they just took my money because I was not satisfied and they didn't try to fix it. Never again!!!!

Stayed here during a relocation. I left for a couple of days to go back home and handle some things, never checked out because it was cheaper to stay through. I ended up having all of my items I left in the room stolen. Manager was not on duty and I was informed he would not speak to me until the next morning. The person on duty could not locate any of my belongings. I filed a police report and spoke with the manager the next morning, he was not very apologetic or helpful at first but finally refunded part of my stay and canceled the rest (he would not cancel it at first and expected me to pay the full amount of my stay, after some argument back and forth he finally did). I never received any sort of apology or follow up from their management. Their claims company did call me and sent a check for the stolen items, they also mentioned that management at that location was not helpful in their investigation. As expected the police report is now filed as inactive. Needless to say I would not recommend staying at this location to anyone.

Walked into the wrong facility, as there are two of the exact same brand right beside each other. The front desk agent was unacceptable and a poor representative of the brand. Will not recommend.

If I could give this hotel no stars I would do so. It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in: the room smelled horrible , the beds were uncomfortable, and the bedsheets droken and stained of what appeared to be urine. All the trash from the previous guests had not even been cleaned out and was never cleaned during the period of my stay. There were hairs between the bedsheets, only 3 pillows were given despite 4 people occupying the room. No blankets were provided on the first night of our stay despite it being the end of December and the temperature in the low 30s. Overall there are far to many things complains can be raised upon to write on this review. By far this has been the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered.

Where do I start. Bathroom nasty hair everywhere. The lady that works at night on new year (1:40am) is very disrespectful. Bed was never changed carpet was not vacuum table not wiped down. The lady who I checked in with give me different sheet. I still Slept in my clothes on top of the sheet. Tub was not cleaned out, so I put the mat in the tub.
