I would have given this location 5 Stars, if the Pet Fee ($150) wasn't so high (in my opinion). In my many years of business/pleasure travel, I've never witnessed a hotel staff take any additional steps to clean a room previously occupied by pets. The hotel room was ~90% "hard flooring". (Smart choice!) So, I would think the Pet Fee could be less.(?) Otherwise, the location was excellent, the staff was courteous, the hotel was well maintained. But, it's new, too.

The residence inn is by far one of my favorite hotels to visit and stay at when I need a hotel. The whole feel of the place is so very elegant. From the time you walk in the door you can see all the money that they invest in these hotels. They are upscale and high class from the furniture to the gym to the rooms and even the breakfast in the morning. Love it! I definitely recommend giving this hotel a try if you like pampering your self and splurging on a nice hotel.

This is a newly constructed property and gives a premium feel. Management of property is equally good. Staff is pretty helpful and courteous. Shuttle service is commendable. Nice and pleasant option for extended stay for families..Truely worth a stay place!

Hotel was pretty new when I stayed in 2018. Rooms were modern and comfy and TVs support popular streaming services, but you have to already be a subscriber to those services. Top floors don't really provide much as of view of the city like some other high rise motels in the area, but the newness of the hotel easily makes up for having to stare at strip mall parking lots. Breakfast is pretty standard for 3+ hotels but there's no on-site restaurant or bar. Staff was friendly at every turn. WiFi service is blazingly fast when the hotel is empty but slows to a crawl at night giving you good reason to pay for the upgrade. There aren't any hard lines that guests are allowed to use (there is a router in the room but it's for the TV). I'd give them a 4/5.
