Very friendly proprietors. They have pretty much anything you need at the main building. Firewood, fire starters, ice for your cooler. I wouldn't say this is "roughing it". They also have bathrooms / showers in the main building that are well maintained. The pool is nice. "Cabins" are similar to a tuff shed that has been finished out with windows and have a good amount of sleeping space but not much else. Cabins have electricity, a small fridge and microwave. The campsites are pretty close in to each other, so if you are really looking to get away from other people this isn't the place. Great place to stay for hitting the surrounding attractions like Garden of the Gods and Cave of the Winds. Little restaurant about half mile down the canyon "Bust Colorado" is great too.

I have come here several times to tent camp with my kids. They really enjoy it -- the heated pool, 80's arcade, and playground make it like a cross between camping and a hotel stay. While it obviously isn't as secluded as camping out in the forest, it does keep you close to all the fun in the Pikes Peak region.

Awesome campground! Love the set up, nice and clean. Has stuff for the kiddos to play and have fun. One of the nicest camp grounds I have been to! Staff are awesome!

Great place. Pool was heated, nice fishing pond. Great sites and wonderful temps. Owners are helpful and friendly. I have stayed here several times and will stay here again. Jerry in Texas

Camping here was amazing. Kids loved the pool area, playing ground and a club house with video games. Pretty family spot. We're going back this weekend....love it people, they're so nice and greet you with a smile.
