In and out in 30 minutes. Although we thought we came prepared, there were a couple of details missing. Ida at the front desk helped guide us through that portion, with a cheerful and friendly disposition. 
When we went in to have or paperwork processed and our photos taken, Diana was super great and super friendly. She helped us take care of the rest of our stuff, makes sure we had great passport photos, and handled everything with a smile on her face!
We paid our fees and were on our way within a half hour, and feeling great about the experience. 
I should note that mine was a slightly more complicated situation, but the staff here knew what was needed and explained everything in a way that made sense. A huge thank you for making it a painless process!

They close at 2pm. I came at 1:30pm and they said they were closed. I told the lady in the front that they’re supposed to close at 2pm. She said no we’re filled to capacity so we’re closed. I was very angry because this was the only day that I could come!!! Absolutely poor service, no stars!!

This place was absolutely AMAZING! I literally walked in, filled out my forms. Less then 3 minutes they call my number and take my picture on the spot. Less then 3 minutes again I get called to the cashiers desk and pay $206 for a expidited passport. They guaranteed that it will be mailed to me less then 3 weeks / no more then 3 weeks. Everyone was supper friendly and great customer service. I went on a Monday around 10am. The whole process took less then 30 minutes and I was out the door. I literally couldn’t believe how fast it was. Hands down this is the place to come!!! Wow great job Team.

Everyone was extremely nice and my husband and I were in and out in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend and will always use this office for my passport needs!

I'd like to publicly thank an employee who's name I do not know, but he's the only employee who wears a red vest. He was very courteous with me and took the time to explain how to fill out a renewal passport application and helped me out step by step. I went twice in two different occasions once by myself and another time with my wife to fill her renewal passport application as well. Both times he helped us out tremendously. He's outside where you can buy money orders and purchase stamps. If anyone from the USPS reads this please thank him for me.
I processed it on Wednesday, March 27 and I received it April 4. The United States mail is fast and efficient.
