If you can, stay away from this unprofessional, unbareable company. The WORST service/ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! Do not know how this place is still standing. I will be filling a complaint along with several of my neighbors. And to the person that answered my phone call this morning, that said my phone isn't working, it's not my phone; it's YOUR EARS. Try investing on a hearing aid so that MAYBE you can hear better and provide better service. Who the hell is running this place ???

The fact that we get charged a fee for paying over the phone is ludicrous! I don't get why customers get penalized for making payments without using a real person (labor cost) to process payments from behind a counter. Straight up BS.

Longbeach has no heart 😷 they terminated my gas. So i call them. They told me that they tryed to contact me. I told them i havent recived any info about my account. The lady asked me if i had a bill. I tell her how when i didnt get a notice from you guys. The situation was going no where. So i said ok cool there is nothing you can do to help thats fine... Now the very next day. Guess what comes in the mail....you guessed it. (The bill.) It stated how much i owed. And when it should be paid befor they terminate my service. Which was NOVEMBER 13 2017 Now today is October 30th 2017 7:13AM.and my gas is OFF!. Im about to call them right now. THEY REALLY EXPECT ME TO PAY A 70$ RECONNECTION FEE.
