We called for an estimate from Long Fence. The estimator was on time and we felt like we got the fence we wanted from the pictures at the best price. He talked us through several options on the install and we picked what we thought were our best options. We paid our deposit in cash and about a month later they called to do the install. The installers were on time, finished in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I would do business with Long Fence again.

My sales rep was very professional. They allowed me to get the contract back to them by working around my schedule. The fence was installed without me being there and it’s perfect! I can’t wait to paint it this spring! THANKS LONG FENCE!

4th Update: (April 2018) 7 months after we ordered our fence, we finally received our gates and they function.  I'm changing this from 1 to 2 stars as Long Fence did follow through with the install, although we are still missing our exist control on the second driveway.  I'm hoping the last details will get resolved soon ???   3rd UPDATE:  It's been almost 5 months since we signed the contract for our fence.  I called again today to see when our gates might be installed.   2nd UPDATE:  The gates did get installed 1/18/2018 and then removed the next day as they didn't line up with either driveway.  When we ordered the fence and gates in September 2018, we had a puppy who needed to be contained in our yard.  We now have a dog who has been trained to stay in our yard after 5 months with no barrier.  Tomorrow is Feb 1st and I'm hoping we'll hear something back as to how/when LongFence will be completing our installation.  1st UPDATE: Jan 18th our driveway gates should finally be installed!  I'm sure this would have been less painful if we weren't specifically getting a fence to contain our dogs.  ORIGINAL POST:  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ANYTHING QUICK!  We received a quote from Long Fence in September and decided to go with them as they offered 0% 15 month financing on our $27k purchase.  We were quoted 5 weeks for installation.  December 4th (after several calls) a crew showed up to install our fence ... that's 9 weeks after we signed our paperwork ... only catch is, they didn't have our gates.  It's now December 20th and has been 12 weeks since we ordered our fence  ... we still have no gates, our dogs are not contained and we have no clue as to when we might receive the (2) manual & (2) electric gates we ordered.  I've called the company several times and I've email our sales rep, no one seems to have an answer as to when the gates may be ready to be installed.  NOT HAPPY!

Long Fence installed my paddock fence yesterday and I am more than pleased. The crew was here early, worked efficiently and they were professional and all business. There was a pile of wood chips someone else dumped accidentally where the fence poles had to go. I was trying to rake it out and one of the guys came over and shoveled it all out for me within 20 minutes like it was nothing. No issues came up at all; the fence is level, all 3 gates work easily and look nice. The coated wire is pretty inconspicuous and adheres better on a paddock than an uneven split rail split fence. My 2 big dogs are very happy now but still contained. Any contact I had with staff at Long Fence was professional. I had to wait a little while for my install date but it was worth it.
