This place is dirty. I should have gotten a refund and left. While waiting for our food we watched as an employee slid around the kitchen because of the grease build up on the floor. He also had a filthy uniform. What looked like to be the manager, was the only one with any personality and desire to work. 
They need to totally gut that kitchen and replace everything. I will not go back. I'm just glad I didn't get sick.

Wish I would have read the reviews. Waited 20 minutes and finally just got a refund. The girl Dana dropped my onion rings on the dirty counter and tried to serve them to me. The manager April shouldn't even be a manager. April's customer service skills are awful. I will never ever go back again. I called the district manager John Malnofski and all he could do was say a lame sorry and ask if he should call and let them know I'm coming back in. I won't even take free food from that dirty nasty place. He even tried to make excuses for his workers. Learn how to clean and treat customers. Shocking that the place is still in business

Came here on a long trip home really craving this becaue it’s been 10 years since I’ve been to one. Despite the bathrooms being dirty I still ordered food. While waiting for our food one couple returned their food, one family said their fish was cold and undercooked and corn was from yesterday. Another family waited 25 minutes and was weary about eating it. At that point I was disgusted by everything I saw and how unsanitary the kitchen was I said HELL NO and decided to get a refund. The lady that worked the register even said she didn’t blame me one bit, but the active manager said “monkey see-monkey do”. Don’t waste your money here unless you want to risk food poisoning!

The food was not freshly cooked and waited a long time. The worst part was the bathroom. It was not clean, very dirty.

Can I give 0 stars? I'm standing inside the "restaurant" for minutes by myself, when someone shows up, they tell me that they don't have a cook... total waste of time.
