I was not pleased with my orfer. I ordered the super sample platter meal. The fish was over cooked, and dry. The shrimp was rubbery, and had a strange taste. The chicken tasted old.The hush puppies was cold and old. Old oil taste. The tables were dirty, and some of the seats was ripped up. The floors needed attention. Bugs were flying around you as you ate. "Very Unsanitary!!!" I will not be going back there, I will stick with Capitan D's. What a let down. Don't waste your time with this place.

Let’s be honest: if you’re eating at a Long John Silvers, you know what you’re getting—and it ain’t health food! However, if you want some delicious deep-fried fish, Long John’s is a great way to get that fix. Unfortunately the entire chain is going downhill when it comes to the appearance of the inside of their restaurants and this location is no different. The place is in dire need of remodeling…but every location I’ve been to in the last few years is in the same boat or, sadly, permanently closed. We went to eat here around 11am and they were getting busy. We were surprised to see that there were quite a few people eating here. As we approached the register, the cashier offered no greeting or smile. She WAS, admittedly, kind after we spoke to her but a simple “how can I help you?” goes a long way with me. We ordered and waited only a few minutes before our number was called to retrieve our food at the counter. The cashier was friendly and gave us the condiments we needed. The food was the excellent, greasy goodness I remembered it to be. Everything was hot and freshly made. But as we sat and looked around at the interior, it was clean but depressing. It’s obvious that they’re getting decent business so why in the world hasn’t some attention been given to the building? *cough*Ownership!*cough* This place could be wonderful if remodeled. If the condition of the building is any indication, LJ’s may not be around much longer, but I will continue to get my greasy fish fix here every now and then until that day comes. Overall a great experience only weakened by the condition of the place and the lack of greeting.

Amazing food. The wait wasn't that long for a restaurant. Wasn't loud or quiet. It was a perfect experience. I highly recommend.  Parking: Amazing parking. Wasnt packed at all.

The food was what you expect from LJS- it was comfort food- good, freshly prepared. But the restaurant interior needs a lot of TLC..paint, cleaning of the floors, new counters. There were only 2 couples ahead, and it took over 17 minutes for 2 meals. The employee at the counter had head down, playing on phone.

Best Long Johns here in Beckley, stay clear of the one in lewisburg because they cut the fish down hlf size and over cooked it. But this particular long johns in Beckly is the best! The staff is awesum and friendly.

They have a chicken and fish platter large enough for two only 8.99! The drink is extra but it is delicious! The windows need cleaned and the tables don't get cleaned quickly because only one front person working but we'll worth the visit!

Stopped in on June 25th 2022,  Myself and 3 family members decided to try it on the way back to Pittsburgh because we didn’t know they were still a franchise. Needless to say it was the worst fast food experience we have all had I will list just a few things we noticed while eating here 1. Dirty as a barn 2. I seen employees touching food with there bare hands 3. Fish and chicken where almost floating in grease in the containers. 4. Rice was slimy 5. Bathroom was very smelly and dirty  reminded me of the movie shreck 6. Floor had cups and food on the floor  in the kitchen 7. Watched an employee wash her hands behind the counter with no soap. Sweet tea was good though! All four of us didn’t eat a quarter of the meals they were that bad. Others in the restaurant left disappointed and went to kfc to get different food for lunch.

Ordered online 16 piece meal which comes with lemon cake and ordered ranch sauce and extra tarter sauce. Picked up meal they gave me honey mustard sauce I asked why they said they were out of ranch. But they didn't tell me that, and online chose lemon cake it gave me a choice of lemon or chocolate. Got home realized no lemon cake took an hour 35 minutes to get someone to answer the phone when I called back. A woman finally answered the woman said they aren't doing that promotion anymore I said it's on your website and I saw the commercial that's why I chose Long John today. She had no answer when I asked why they didn't tell me these things when I picked up the meal. In the comments I asked for extra extra tarter sauce got 4 but handfuls of the other sauce that I didn't order. Very disappointed
