Excellent food they have a great system of getting the consumer in and out with little wait.Food: 5/5

The environment, employees, and food were all wonderful here. The prices are a little higher for my particular liking however in this instance you get what you pay for and the food was absolutely great. The employees greet you with a smile and they're very patient while you're trying to figure out what you want to order. We waited almost no time to get our food brought to our table once we sat down. It was very clean but also very busy. There was organized lines and it didn't feel chaotic. I actually sat down and enjoyed a meal with my son without the noise of everybody in the background. The seats were well spaced out and very clean tables.

Even though there was a line......we were served quickly and efficiently!.   And the food was  great

Food was great as was the service.  Location makes getting in and out a little difficult but worth it.

Exceptional. Even if they're lined up around the building you never wait more than 10 minutes for your food, and the employees are always very polite.

This place is always 5 stars for me. No matter the location. Fastest drive thru you can find in beckley. The best chicken.Food: 5/5

Usually Chic-Fil-A is about the best,with very fast service and the food being too notch but I was disappointed at this location. This location was not busy at 730 but we waited 15-29 minutes for our order and learned that it had been sitting somewhere the whole time and not given to us. The food itself had cooled and of course wasn't as good as fresh. Too many employees goofing around engaging friends with small talk and not paying attention to the guests.

Very nice place. My only complaint is the entrance from the handicapped parking. Some of the impatient parton's in the drive thru don't want to wait.Food: 5/5
