My wife and I had a serious blockage in our kitchen drain. We had a few companies out but definitely liked Thornton & Grooms presentation best. While a few workers from Thornton & Grooms came out, Cody Spear was the employee who actually did the work on our house. Cody was nothing short of amazing. I know it wasn't an easy job and he was fantastic. He fixed the issue and the many new issues that arose. On top of it all he finished it within one day. Cody was super professional, easy to talk to and gave it to me straight. I highly recommend Thornton & Grooms and especially Cody Spear.

Thornton & Grooms is a great company, and I am very glad I chose them to replace my furnace and AC system.  Their crew led by Lee Xiong was outstanding, very patient in listening to concerns and answering questions.  Lee's attention to detail is impressive.  The installation was organized and clean, everything was appropriately secured (pipes and wires), and they even did a couple things to improve what was installed previously.  The whole team (Lee, David and Mo) were well-trained, professional and cordial.

Communications from the corporate office was excellent, including phone calls in advance of the installation and emails announcing individuals who would arrive at my house, with data on background checks for everyone.

Fantastic experience.

My first experience with Thornton & Grooms was a good one.  They were able to come the same day I called.  I was notified regularly throughout the day as to when they would be able to get to my home.  Rob K. arrived and very professionally found and removed three birds that were blocking air to my furnace.  He fixed my humidifier and cleaned the areas not easily accessible.  Great friendly staff.

Ethan and his apprentice Mason did an excellent job at our home today.  Ethan thoroughly explained the process and costs before beginning the work.  Together, he and Mason allowed me to ask questions, watch them as they worked and stay informed during the entire process. They were respectful and worked efficiently and cleanly throughout the day.  It was a huge job and they explained each step in detail and the materials used.  I would highly recommend this team to other T&G Customers.

Mike is very professional and knows how to make a customer feel well informed about the work that needs to be done and the price.He is very good at what he does. He has been to my home twice and both times he has been very courteous and informative!! One couldn't ask for a more polite employee!
Collin is very professional and knowledgeable and what a polite young man! So in tune with customers concerns! Very very nice! He even picked up a geranium cedar box the squirrels knocked over that he noticed off my deck! He went totally above and beyond his job! So sweet and caring! How can a plumber be this thoughtful! Thank you Collin and Mike! Such great Team members!!?
