We were greeted quickly and with much enthusiasm! The hostess couldn't have been kinder. In fact, she ended up being our waitress also! Our table service was right on the ball and even though she had other tables to wait on, we felt like we were her only customers. When we needed anything, we never waited long at all ! The food was to die for; it was THAT GOOD!! I wasn't sure how much I wanted my steak cooked, so they made a recommendation & when I cut into it, it wasn't done enough for my liking. There was NO HESITATION at all in correcting the meal! Other than the prices being a bit higher than we thought they would have been, our experience was extremely pleasant and quite memorable!

This was my 1st time at Longhorn Steakhouse. I had lunch with a friend & was delighted. The menu had lots of choices & our meals were perfect. The staff was friendly & actually spoke to us, not at us. The restaurant was clean & comfortable. We will be coming back. Great work guys.

This is a chain that offers consistency regarding the quality of food and service. The menu emphasizes beef, of course, with seafood options. It's easily competitive with Outback and the Texas Roadhouse, and has a similar format (multiple TVs, a bar, and a special onion). Expect at least a 10 minute wait without reservations, if you visit around dinner time on weekends, and around 20 minutes on holidays.

It was my first time at long horn and was very disappointed with the customer service. I felt like I was rushed out of my romantic dinner date with my husband . My server was horrible

Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Our waitress made sure we were taken care of in excellent fashion. Drinks were never left empty and she was an excellent waitress as she maintained a fabulous attitude. Restrooms were also very clean as they should be. That shows me the manner which the restaurant is maintained. Just my opinion.
