We had a shockingly bad experience. Firstly, we waited 10 minutes after being seated before being approached by anyone. After that, we waited just as long for ice water.

I ordered a cup of the sausage soup, which tasted fine. Thing is we saw our server place the mozzarella garnish on top with his bare hands.

Then part of the lasagna noodles in my dish were so undercooked that I could snap a piece off and crunch on it. My friend got spaghetti that was honestly a small portion size for the price.

When the check came, they thankfully took off the lasagna, but they charged us for Minestrone soup that we never got because they were out of it earlier.

As we were ready to leave, I overheard our server talking to another table, advising them that the ravioli doesn't have a good taste, its sauce is bland, and that he wouldn't recommend it. It seems even the people that work here openly admit its flaws (of which there are many).

Don't bother with this place unless you want to laugh at its incompetence.

Of the chains, this is my favorite Italian place. I like the salads. Decent entrees that aren't all smothered in cheese. They also serve tasty non-alcoholic drinks that aren't too sweet. The bread has a nice little bite of salt.

Tony was our server for our 2nd Year Anniversary. He helped us have an excellent dinner. He suggested a delicious red wine for a special we were unaware of. The food was excellent. I got my craving for shrimp scampi checked off. Eric, the manager, was super personable and got us talking. Tony and Eric, thank you so much for a fantastic evening at Bertucci's. It was our 1st visit but we will be back for some amazing Italian food soon.

Love the pizza, salad, bread, and meatballs.  During our last visit, we had an issue with the server taking too long to take our order, but the manager and our new server were more than accommodating as a result.  They are worth a visit!

Visited this Bertucci's with 5 kids, ages 8, 6, 3, 1, and a 2 month old. Needless to say, a lot of work on my part to keeps these kids entertained, I don't throw devices in all their faces, and everything moving smoothly. I walk into the Bertucci's and there is a short wait to be seated even though it's not busy at all. I'm holding a car seat and my toddler's hand while the other kids are climbing on top of each other on the bench. It's my turn to be seated and the host doesn't say anything....not a word! I say how many kids menus and he grabs the menus and walks away. OOOKKKAYY...so I'm watching the host thinking, "What is this guy doing?!" Then he puts down the menus at a table and I finally realize I was supposed to use my mind reading powers and know to follow him. So I brush it off, whatever a guy can have a bad day. Let's just get through this meal, right? Well, the waitress was kind enough, but slow as molasses. It literally took her 35 minutes to bring us food. Our drinks came quick and then it was downhill from there. Maybe it's just because I'm a mom, but I'd be on top of the table that is outnumbered 5:1 so I could get all good tip. It was madness for me. The kids were all screaming because they were hungry, the bread was so flipping hot and she didn't tell us so my kids went to grab a roll and burnt their fingers. She put food right in front of my toddler who almost threw it on the floor while I'm trying to feed the newborn...madness. I can't expect her to know better about the toddlers since she is probably 20 and probably has no kids...but that is management's fault. Train these people on how to deal with kids. And if a mom is outnumbered 5:1, wait on her every 5 minutes. I also wasn't brought any napkins, our drinks weren't refilled, and the ice cream  that we upgraded to come with a cookie took 15 minutes. I'm not kidding. AND the cookies came burnt! All in all--if you have kids do not come here. Not worth the headache and hassle of slow service. I was in here 1 hr and 45 minutes...it was misersble. All the little kids were crying on the way to the car. I like to get in and get out. Never going here again.
