Great food not so good in customer service. First they brought the bread the waitress said that she was going to bring the plates which she never did. Second, we order and she came to told us that they did not have anymore prime rib steak 5 minutes late she comes telling us that never mind that did have one last prime rib steak. Finally, food was great love their molten cake.

I ordered a prime rib steak, it was delicious and I really enjoyed it, but this past week I went to a longhorn steakhouse in San Antonio area, and ordered the same plate. To my surprise it was a completely different plate. I asked the manager there and I was assured that was prime rib, I searched Google and sure enough it was that. So I was given a wrong steak there at Harlingen considering a prime rib plate is $24. Very disappointed.

Our first and probably final visit was very disappointing. The food was pricey and their presentation/plating sucked. I got a huge plate with my tough as a hockey puck 8 oz sirloin steak, a puddle of mashed potatoes with a pound of butter.... That's it. It looked pathetic. No appeal. The food was tasty because I added black pepper, Tabasco sauce and A1 Steak Sauce. The servers were attentive, though.

Very disappointed, will not be visiting this place or recommend it. I  have been to other longhorn restaurants and the service was great . Slow service,  no utensils, bread took forever to get it.  Asked for tarter sauce and they ran out. Difficulty getting staff to attend the table.  It's Friday they need to have adequate staff to take care of the customers.

First impressions of the restaurant were nice, our waiter was professional and friendly too. However, after I was given my order, I was disappointed to find the lack of flavor in everything... except the rice. The steak felt flavorless, the mashed potatoes were simple, and the sautéed mushrooms were dry and plain. It isn't worth the price when other nearby restaurants like Cheddar's or Texas Roadhouse serve more quality meals.
