First let me say the food and the service is always GREAT! however the 1 star review is for the  the wet mildew carpet. It SMELLS awful!!!
Before last night, my husband, family and friends would eat at the Southlake location 6 times or more a month. We have had several family celebrations at that location over the years. 
Unfortunately we will not be returning until the carpet Is removed.It was so bad last night that my  daughter, who is pregnant, couldn't enjoy her meal, although she tried because she was happy to be out for our Mother / daughter outing. We asked our waiter to prepare our order to go but gave him a tip for his time and professionalism.
To the owner/management of Longhorns, please remove the the carpet! I am sure you could close the restaurant early, say on a Monday night. 
Don't take your customers or your staff for granted, they are the ones who keep your restaurant open. Thanks for listening...

I put my order in at 4:48 and arrived to pick up at 5:50, even though my order responded by saying to pick up at 5:30. After being there waiting until after 6 the young lady in line behind me asked to speak to a manager.  The manager comes up and her only response is "I am sorry but the online pickup time does not consider the volume we have today and today is one of our busiest days." No true apology. Now I understand if its busy it will take more time but we didn't even get our food until 6:20. That is unacceptable.  It was TOGO! Plus, if its one of your busiest days, why would you have one person on togos? Very disappointed in customer service and I will be contacting Corporate.

Maybe I would've got better service if I ate there. I ordered online. The hostess was very nice. When I got to the "to go" section no one greeted me. I literally had to wait about 10min before anyone even came to the register. I had to ask for steak sauce while the waiter stood there texting on his phone. Every waitress that walked by (it was about 3) looked at me, they didn't ask if someone had helped me, they didn't say anyone would be with me. They just walked by. I will never order from here again.

It was okay. The waitress was alright at first, until she kept giving us dirty dishes. I had to keep asking for clean dishes. I had some hot pomegrante tea she came and asked if i wanted more. Again she brought me dirty cup with stuff floating in it. I asked for another cup, she bought me another cup and looked like she spit in it this time. Very terrible service for my first time to that location. I do not recommend that location.

My daughter and I ordered takeout and she had to wait 2 hours to pick up once arriving at the designated time. When she came back both medium rare steaks were well done!! How can a steakhouse get this wrong? She called and went back  to pick up a re-do order and the steaks were still not cooked properly and the salad was warm and wilted. BTW...a fight broke out while she was there. Staff!!!! Avoid like the plague.
