Not very happy with my order to go.  When I picked up my order there was nothing for my bake potato.  No Sour Cream, Cheese or butter for it or my bread.   This is not the first time I have had issues with this location.  Back on September 17th my family and I eat at your restaurant and was told the wait was 30 to 45 minutes, which we didn't mind.  After 45 minutes I went in to see how much longer and was told that they had rang my beeper but we didn't come in so they went to the next in line.  Our beeper was dead.   We were seated quickly.  Food was good but we got our salads before we even got forks to eat it with.  We had to get up and ask someone for utensil.   I think it will be awhile before we come back again.

That smell when you walk in isn't pleasant at all.  Smelled of old food and feet.  I spoke to the host about it and he said it was the carpet.  If that's the case the carpet needs to go.  In my opinion it would have been better to have hardwood floors if the carpet is going to turn away customers.  I had a great time there celebrating a birthday for my Husband.
Food was great but the portions were really small.  Staff was very attentive. They deserve a 5 star but the restaurant itself a 3 🌟

Had a great meal here and the service was awesome. Im pretty sure our servers name was Chris and he was great. Me and my wife will definitely be back.

I ordered a take-out meal at 8:30. They told me my order would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later, they said they had no record of my order. They encouraged me to order again and promised that my steaks would only take 5 minutes to cook. I ended up waiting another hour for my meal, and the manager only took off a few dollars! I did not leave until 10:00 p.m.! I was SOOOO UPSET!!!!!! Then they left off 2 appetizers that took 30 MORE MINUTES to prepare!!!!

Me and my wife have been regular customers from day one at this Longhorns. We know most people by name. We even have a special spot where we sit and most people know this. We have seen managers come and go. The last time we were there, we got our special spot next to an eight person table that had never been cleaned off food and trash on the floor around the table. The waiter took our drinks, appetizer, and food order at the same time and of course you know everything arrived at the same time. We had never seen the place look like this nor the service we received. The food is always great, so instead of dinning in we have decided to do take out until they clean up or find people that take pride in good service and management.
