I visited the store last week to see about getting my Iphone repaired.  The gentleman who waited on us was terrific.  He not only helped with my phone but gave us a number of tips.  It was a very positive efficient visit to the store.

Terrible customer service. Been in a few times to get research on phones and plans only to leave frustrated. Today went in for pickup of online order and Dino not only couldn't tell me how long it would take to reorder told me whatever when I complained about their lack of customer service. So awesome to be treated like this while trying to sign up for long contracts.

I personally have my plan woth Verizon, however, their customer service was better than anything I've seen at a Verizon store. I am actually debating on switching to AT&T because of my good experience!

Crappy phones, horrible signal and expensive for "unlimited data" which actually isn't unlimited. We switched companies.
