Our recent experience at Longo Toyota was exceptional. More specifically I want to give high praise to our salesperson Tony Taylor. Not only was he attentive to our needs, but he was honest, polite and a true professional. He went above and beyond in promptly answering every one of the questions I e-mailed him. I like the fact that Tony was not a ‘pushy’ salesman and he tried his very best to give us a fair price for the purchase as well as the trade-in.

We went to many different dealerships just looking around and checking our options. We stopped at Longo and Cassey greeted us as we approached the dealership. We were actually surprised to be approached so kindly as a three previous dealerships that we went to didn't seem very friendly. He took his time with us and showed us all interior options and let us test drive a couple of the Highlanders. We really appreciated the time that he spent making sure that we were happy with the vehicle. 

When we finally chose a vehicle and it was time to do the paperwork he was honest always gave us the best deal and the dealership did a great job at working with us. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Cassey to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle!

Ed "BIG ED" Garza worked with my schedule and provided requested information in a timely manner.  He drove the vehicle I was interested in to my work place so that I could test drive it during my lunch break.  He gave me a quick run down on the vehicle's features and took a look at my trade in.  He quickly provided me a number on my trade in, was able to get documents ready while I worked, and made it possible for me to take my new car home that evening.  Big Ed helped me set-up my mobile device to the vehicle, gave me a quick rundown of audio and navigation, and gave me a quick tour of the dealership.  I would definitely recommend contacting Ed Garza or visiting Longo Toyota of Prosper if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle.  They will definitely take good care of you!

So impressed by the professionalism and the service I received this week. From the start, Jeffrey Chang was amazing and helped me get the best deal on my CH-R. He was accommodating of my schedule and answered all my questions. On the finance front Alex Li was incredibly knowledgeable and also took the time to explain all aspects of my purchase with me. As a first time buyer I could not have had a better experience.

Simply amazing! Bill Khatib at Longo provided the best sales experience I ever had.

When I arrived at the dealer the truck of my dreams, a 2018 Tacoma was ready on the lot reserved for me to test drive. No searching around the lot, it was right there waiting for me.

After the test drive, we sat down and discussed my trade in and the numbers on the new truck. Bill was very straightforward and was able to get me a fair trade-in value as well as a killer deal on the new truck. He worked very quick and was able to get everything done with no hassles.

It's true what they say Longo has the best deals and they take care of their customers like no other! It's easy to see why they are #1! I'm very satisfied with my experience and purchase, the new Tacoma is awesome!
