They dont even deserve a one star!!!!!!   I bought a car from them in January 2017 I saw the car on their website and it was listed for $4000 
They told me it was an error and they couldn't change it. I was desperate and needed a car and don't have good credit so I bought it anyway.  By the time I financed the car with them I was paying over 6k for it. Which I later found out it's worth no more than  $2000 in excellent condition . 
 I told them the A.c. had to work or no deal.  He took it to their "mechanic" and told me it was fixed.  It wasn't.  Marco told me the check engine light had come on the day i went to pick it  up so they gave it a tune up (changed the spark plugs)  A week later the check engine light came on again. The codes were p420 which is the catalytic converter and multiple p300 codes which are misfiring cylinders in the engine.  He told me it was electrical and wasn't covered under warranty.  I changed out the spark plugs and 3 of the engine coils and still had the same codes.  Marco was unwilling to do anything for me.   The check engine light is constantly on. I took it to the smog test only and they told me it was last smogged  in May 2016 which tells me they didn't smog it when I bought it per Calif state law.  I called him and he told me he didnt need to smog it again because he already had it smogged when he got it in May 2016.  Had they done it in Jan 2017 it would have failed emissions and they would have had to fix it.  It needs a new catalytic converter.  Since I've had the car I have changed out the spark plugs. Ignition coils. Starter and Thermostat. I've temp fixed the drivers rear door that they damaged the mechanism and the door wouldn't open. I've been told that it was in an accident before I bought it because the hood is not sitting flush and the headlight frame is broken and now the CV axle is going out.  Marco never answers his phone and the shop is always closed.  He has been reported to the BBC Auto repair.  Buyers BEWARE!!!!!

They sold me a good looking car but didnt tell me that there was many things wrong with it. Bought a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta GLI with a badly damaged front right axle, theres a leak coming from the valve cover gasket, small radiator leak, worn out tie rod ends and broken boots. I know all of this because i took it to a Volkswagen dealer. Romas website says "We offer high quality pre-owned cars and trucks for sale that meet our high standards and pre-sales safety checks." but thats a lie. In all fairness though i should have checked the car out before... I just assumed i could trust them.. Which was a mistake. I asked the guy who sold me the car what he can do to help me and he said he'll ask his mechanic what they can offer me. Its been 4 days and still no call back. Im not holding my breath either.

BE CAREFUL .. Never deal with this Dealer at all, he is just a hustler and i remmember his name was Marco.
I bought a Honda Accord from here, and after 24 hours i got a "Check Engine" light in my Dashboard.
In 48 hours ONLY i was stuck in the trafic with a Broken Transmission and a Towing Truck..!
I called  the same guy Marco and said i want to return or exchange this car because, specially that i'm having 3 Days Warranty.
All what he replied is "it's your problem now, we don't return or exchange"..!
After one week and a cost of $ 2,500 to replace the Transmission i called him and asked him to pay at least half of it 'cause it's very obvious that he knew about the issue,
Again he was very rude and said: "it's your problem and if you don't like it go to Police"..!
Now i have applied all the required documents to the court and waiting for the results.
Trust me ... this is the last Showroom you wanna make a deal with 🚫
