I got a 1 hour therapeutic massage with Danielle and I'm like jello now. She has hands of an angel and I feel like a million bucks. The staff are courteous at end friendly and I atendlways feel welcome there. Beautiful getaway in an updated modern barn. Danielle gave me lots of tips to help me with my tennis elbow/ carpal tunnel issues that I can work on at home until my next message. She explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back in 2 weeks! Thank you!

Lords and Ladies is a high end salon/spa. This place serves both men and women. They have 7 total locations, and make booking an appointment a cinch using their online booking. There are many stylists and beauticians on each shift so getting an appointment last minute is doable. They also offer walk ins. They offer hair, nail, facial, massage, and other services. The location I visit is the Sinking Spring location. It is a very beautiful and clean salon. Jess is my stylist and she always does a fantastic job. The salon offers an assortment of shampoos, conditioners, and beauty products for sale at their front desk. Their services however, can be quite pricey.

I had a spa pedicure today for the first time at the Salon with Melissa. It was so relaxing and she truly did a wonderful job. I have always been very ticklish in the past at other Salons. Thanks Melissa! I will be back!

I should have listened to the bad reviews and never gone here. They seem nice but the stylist had no clue what she's doing. I even prefaced my appointment by saying I'm very picky about my hair. Well even tho the stylist knew I couldn't see after taking my glasses off, she MAJORLY thinned out my hair without even asking me if I wanted it thinned out! And after telling her I'm growing my hair out! This is VERY damaging to your hair and now I will have to grow it out for another year just to get it back to where it was before! (AND pay even more money to get someone to fix her botch job) it is super frizzy and looks terrible! I even explained to her how I fix my hair and don't blow dry it etc, the only way this looks remotely nice is to blow dry it which I never do because it also damages your hair and makes it hard and brittle and gives you split ends. She cut it to where it only looks good if you blow dry it, after I told her I never blow dry it. AND it doesn't look anything like the pictures (multiple) I showed her of how I wanted it. Very disappointing. I thought for the look and price of this place they would have professional stylists but I was wrong. Stay away! I even contacted their customer service and the stylist lied about what happened, and then they refused to give me a refund even though they have a "guarantee" well obviously it's not a guarantee if their stylist completely ruins your hair and they don't refund your money. I wouldn't have posted this review if they had at least had the decency to give me a refund.

I got my hair cut here once and my husband twice. I hated it each time and was holding back tears on my way out after seeing my husbands hair cut. Nobody seems to listen/understand what you ask them to do. 
The staff is all very friendly and the atmosphere is nice, as all the other reviews mention. I won't be back here for a cut, but will for a wax. 
I got my legs waxed here once and the lady did a splendid job.
